I've been a customer of the car club for a little while now and used the main depot, I've not hired a car from any depots for a while.

I feel that this branch and Enterprise in general have really upped their game. I received very good service throughout, including when I wanted to (last minute) extend the hire (at a very reasonable cost). The hire was also dealt with in a very "real" attitude, I don't feel like they were looking at ways to make money off me, but rather make the process easy and smooth. Fantastic all round.

I'd happily recommend this branch and will continue to be an Enterprise customer.

I'm a regular Enterprise customer. I live in London, but when I'm back in Leeds, this is by far, my favourite location to rent from! I've rented a vehicle from here a couple of times. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences every time.

If a cars not available, I've been told with plenty notice and the other options are always on point. They're very accommodating and the staff are very friendly. ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out with the rental.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction are exactly what you need when it comes to customer service. I’d highly recommend the team and renting from Enterprise.

My experience with Enterprise was a very good one, I saw all the negative reviews, I'm a little bit confused.

I've rented a van from Leeds and left it to Romford and everything went smoothly, thanks God. I've just got my £200 deposit back... I was careful with the van indeed... Thank you!! Will use again for a small car.
P.S. the blonde girl from Leeds that called me, she was really nice and helpful.

First time renting the car in the Enterprise. Very enjoyable experience. My husband and I booked the car via the website and pick up on site. The mini van condition is very good and service is quite nice, too. Special thanks for Zak’s top service and patience on repeating all the details to us : ) Also appreciated Spencer’s support when we return the car.

I used to be a regular customer of Enterprise branch in Baranzli city and they worked very well and I was satisfied, but I moved from that city to Leeds city and three days ago I reserved my favorite car online, from this and all the necessary checks to I also made the additional payment and we arrived 20 minutes early on the intended day and after some checks they told us that the car is not available here and we told them that we are in a hurry and our time is limited but they took us to another place. which was about 20 minutes away. We really had little time and we even left our daughter alone at home and they wanted to give us a car that we didn't want and we accepted it and we were about to sign when the racist attendant started harassing us and we He said please, we already know all the rules of the company and we are worried about our daughter at home, please don't want to explain more, when we sign the paper, it means we accept all the responsibility, but he didn't accept it and took the switch of the car and said We will not give you a car because you interrupted us. And even now, after a week, they still haven't returned the amount I received to my account. Here I saw a lot of management weakness and I am very sorry for this branch which is managed by incompetent people. I ask the general management to take serious action. thanks

Stay away from this branch. Completely unprofessional staff. Very unhelpful. They act as if you aren't paying for the car and should feel very grateful that they're letting you hire the car!

Got here later than meant to be cos of stupid cousin who’s from Leeds and managed to get lost (I’m from London). They stayed open and were very helpful in making sure I got my van sorted. Tom, Was, Sayaam, Georgina, Molly, All amazing people. Thank you for all your help.

So so terrible. I want to rent a small hybrid car. When we arrived at the scene, we were given a large diesel SUV. too painful. I don't like big cars. Turns out the salesperson said there were no other cars to choose from. I rented a car 7 days in advance, and the official website didn't have the option to choose a diesel, gasoline, or hybrid car.
