My package has been in customs NY for 2 months. How does this happen? I reordered my package and the retailer sent another. So anyway it's in customs same place now. I guess I should assume I'll never receive it. Apparently it seems nobody actually does their job at this location. Probably on their phones all day and get away with it.

Nobody answers the phone despite calling multiple times a day. I spent $800 on the package they are holding. This is theft!

These people will take their sweet time with your package,dont expect your package to leave U.S customs in a few days because realistically it won't happen.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. USPS told me call customs, then customs gives me three different numbers to get into contact with the customs mail department. Then they tell me it’s not in customs and I have to call USPS. Of course they can’t tell me this without yelling and raising their voice at me and interrupting me.

She's a God Send, not to take anything away from her colleagues also doing our state and city a service in these tense times, but I sincerely appreciated, her assistance and help with my import inquiries, as she help me to stop worrying a great deal as I am trying to do things correctly in business. By far the slowest and least efficient parcel processing in the US. Request your shipper to use another facility.
Absolute waste of taxpayer money.
