These people are awesome. We had a tricky fix and they were the only ones (out of five others) who took the time to come up with a creative, workable solution. Sean and Robbie (sp?) were hard-working, considerate, and did an excellent job. They were careful around all our decor & furnishings and did a really great job of cleaning up. I am so thankful that our neighbors used them and referred them to us. Thank you guys!

Brian and his coworker did an AMAZING job getting our AC back up after the flood. They fit us in to the schedule as soon as they could with all the craziness. Pricing is super reasonable with fantastic work. The unit is now serviced and better than it’s been in a while! We have finally found our AC guys! Thank you for saving us! Now we can get back to the cleanup.

Joe G. was outstanding, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. He was back the very next afternoon to install the new compressor, worked for 3 hours ( into the evening ) and completed the work. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend Pleasant Air to friends.

These people are the best! Showed up on time, did a very difficult job and did it very well. Great attitude and professionalism from beginning to end. After interviewing a total of five AC contractors, they were the only ones to come up with a creative solution and pull it off. A++++++

BEWARE*
They lied about me needing a brand new Motor for the blower in my air handler.
Tried to charge me $1600. I got a second opinion and it was 450 bucks for a new motherboard for the blower. The motor was completely fine. That was the first thing the second guy said. Pleasant air conditioning overcharges or they either don’t know what they’re doing so they up sell the price by doing more things that’s necessary. Definitely don’t trust that Bobby Boucher looking dude.

I recommend air zero you do what you want.

Overall disappointed. Not sure what services they actually provide with their bi-annual maintenance plan. When there was an issue, the maintenance worker seemed eager to sell me a new air conditioner, immediately, when he did not yet know the extent of the problem, noting the age of my AC (8 years old). When a technician came out to determine what the cause of the problem was, it ended up being a severe leak that Pleasant A/C had suspected was present but had been unable to locate a year prior during a service call. At that time, my A/C was under warranty. Now the warranty expired and I’m be told I need to purchase a new AC for around $10,000.

Rob was the installer of our AC unit 4 years ago. He stopped by to follow up on a complaint we had on a tech from our last PM visit. He found the problem along with other issues and suggested options. As with the initial install, he was/is awesome. So nice to see and work with him again. Glad to hear he is a manager now. Well deserved! Thank you, Rob!
