Bret an awesome guy to call when you are in need. My pool was flooded from hurricane Helene and when others I reached out to were many weeks out Bret somehow squeezed me in. Definitely will do business with him again. He is very communicative and responsive. His prices were very reasonable also. Thanks again Bret !!

Brett was quick to answer and schedule service. Especially after a busy hurricane season of flooding. He drained, cleaned and had the pool ready in a few days. Replaced all the equipment as well.

5 star deserved. I called the number listed here and Bret answered. This alone is great customer service so many times you don't get an answer or even a call back. I described my issue and it was either going to be small (clogged pipes) or big (pool pump replacement) Bret was close by so he stopped by quickly. As busy as he is I appreciated his attention and swiftness. Lucky for me it was a quick easier than a pool pump replacement and the pump was back running. If you need a pool service, this is the best choice!

Contacted Cabana Pool Services regarding a problem with our spa heater. Brett answered the phone, I described the problem and Brett said they could help. Texted our contact info and Brett said he'd be in touch in a couple of days.
Couple of days later, Brett came out and verified the problem and no other issues with the heater. He said he would pick up the needed part and come back today (Saturday) or Monday at the latest.
Called this morning and said Trey was on the way to repair the spa heater. Heater repaired and working just in time for our nice Autumn weather.
Love service providers that say what they will do and then actually do it! Great first experience with Cabana Pool Services.

I am SO thankful to have come across Cabana Pool Services facebook page when I did. I was desperate as we had just had our pool resurfaced and it required extra attention as the first 30 days are extra critical in making sure the plaster cures properly. After struggling for weeks to maintain balanced levels with pool company we hired to service our pool, it ended up turning green! I came across Cabana Pool and they came out to take a look. Bret was straightforward, timely and honest! Bret and his team truly went above and beyond to make our pool look beautiful and clear again! He advised us on the best course of action for our plans, always answered the phone or responded to messages in a timely manor and did exactly what he said he would do.
