Rented 201 Las Brisas at the end of August. There were many obvious areas of recent water damage, mold in the ceilings/walls upon entering. During a thunderstorm our first evening, it leaked around all 3 south facing windows wetting a bed and leaving a puddle of water under the dining table; the interior window blinds were raining. After several frustrating calls we planned on leaving but were told we may not be able to get our money back if we didn't let them address it. After 10 at night we were offered another unit in the same building and moved there but went from a 3 bedroom unit to a 2 bedroom unit with a more restricted Gulf view. We called several other times during our stay to address how this would be handled cost-wise but were told a manager wouldn't be available until after our stay given the Labor Day holiday. We had stated that discounting a night's rent would remedy the situation but were told after our trip that wouldn't be possible. They did return $194 which by no means made up for the frustrations and inconvenience. The original unit was not weather tight and by appearances hadn't been in a while and they are still renting it, amazing.

Betty Thomas, Rental Manager of the Gulf Strand Resort by TRS is one “shining star”. ⭐️ ⭐️ Always extremely helpful, goes up & above to make our stay the best & helps us plan for our next visit. Thank you Betty. 🌸 🌺 We are from Arizona and long time customers and the assistance we get year around from Betty is outstanding, she truly is a “gem” of customer service. The Gulf Strand is by far the best condo on St. Pete Beach, the views are out of this world.

My family stayed on treasure island at a property managed by TRS. Check in was so easy. The condo was ready before check in time and they called me to let me know we could come early. It was all so smooth. There was a little snafu with the city doing some sewer repair and possibly having to turn the building water off and Christine in the office was amazing and handled everything for us right away. (Water to our unit was not turned off) This was our 10th year down for spring break but our first time dealing with TRS. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Jessica p was wonderful she went above and beyond to help my family and I, due to the circumstances that occurred. I would really recommend using travel resort services they are amazing and take care of there people. Appreciate all you have done for us and we will use trs again in the future.

Just another garbage rental agency. Got a call several hours before scheduled check in saying the unit was ready...one would think that meant the unit was cleaned...but the floors were absolutely disgusting. Had to send my wife and daughter to the beach alone my first day of "vacation" while i was on my hands and knees scrubbing up years of crap for hours so i could walk through the unit without sticking to the floor. Sent several emails and never heard anything back. L-A-Z-Y they aint got no alibi...

I spoke with Katrina, extremely rude snotty employee!! The cleaning staff DOES NOT CLEAN!! Our unit was beyond disgusting, I cleaned it myself. We stayed at Royal Orleans unit 212 in Redington Beach FL. There were actual dirty dishes in out kitchen cabinets, the bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, kitchen drawers were unbelievably dirty. You would think with Covid.... they would do better. Dirty dishes in the cabinets...wth?!
