Jonathan Espinoza takes care of our maintenance on my mother's home and does a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs air conditioner/heating service. They are a great local company. Honest and reliable. We have a service contract with them for several years. The technicians are very good, tend to everything and answer any questions we may have. Aireserv installed a new heating and air conditioning unit to replace ours that was over 30 years old. We have been more than pleased with the new and more energy efficient unit.

I called on Friday morning after heat went out during the night. Friendly staff made appointment for repairman to come out at 4pm. Very nice and knowledgeable repairman arrived on time and made diagnoses and replaced thermostat. I was very pleased with service and will definitely use services again.

Our air went out late Saturday evening and Air Serv sent Justin out to service our unit that night with no charge for after hours. He was quick, very kind, and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience that we purchased the maintenance plan right away. We look forward to a long relationship with Air Serv.

After having a problem with the first person that was assigned to our problem, we finally got assigned Aire Serv of Shreveport. They were here quickly and did a wonderful job and the technician was so fast and knowledgeable and courteous. He found and fixed the problem quickly and we were back to having air. Had they called Aire Serve of Shreveport we would not have had to go all weekend without air when it was warm and humid. Thank you so much Aire Serve of Shreveport.

My in-laws had there air unit go out on them. Called Aireserv and Shelly got the new one ordered and helped fill out the paper work for them. Hunter and Dawson came out and installed the unit for them and took real good care of removing the old one and installing the new one! These three were very professional and thorough through the whole processes. I would recommend anyone that needs anything done to give them a call!
