Truck driver parked just blocking my car in my apartment with hazard light on making me wait for 50 minutes although I called dispatch team couple of times and complained about blocking my car from taking it out of parking lot. He is not even sorry for that. Worst truck driver ever.

I wanted to post a negative 0. This company is a joke! Apparently Medicare only covers nasty “junk” medical equipment. Everything this company has delivered has been disgustingly nasty junk. Constantly having to call cause something else just fell apart. Our seniors deserve better! Is this the new government controlled Medicare that don’t care about our families and the elderly? This company is a disgrace to Medicare! Nasty trash that you have to scrub before you bring it in your home. 🤬

RUDE! The CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. needs to improve their bedside manner. I let her know that the order for my loved one who's going into HOSPICE needed to be placed on hold pending final provider determination. Her response was to HANG UP ON ME. Do y'all have ANY IDEA how STRESSFUL this is for the family? Now y'all can cancel the order. I will never use this company.

MEDICARE IS FEKKIN PAYING FOR THIS INCOMPETENCE? StateServ must be THE most incompetent business I have ever had to transact with. Looks like Corporate needs a snail mail complaint alongside pics of reviews and comments on any Social Media available. Buh bye State contract!

Delivery Driver Rude To People his Name is Paul Fulford rude when doing his job

When they came to drop off the equipment the person dropping off the equipment forgot the suction tubing going from the pump to the canister. If they left without the tubing the suction would be useless. They would have left if I had not checked and told them. When it was time for them to pick up the equipment they stated they would pick it up that night. When there was only 10 minutes left in the time frame they gave us I called and they stated the driver had rescheduled it for the next morning. When asked if they were ever gonna call and notify us they stated they would have called us in the morning. With 45 minutes left in the time frame the next day I called to ask what the ETA was they stated the driver was on their way. They showed up over an hour late to pick everything up. I will make sure no other family members or friends use any company that uses this service.
