Very professional and trustworthy. I used them to transport my child, who is on spectrum, to her program. She text me that she was comfortable and not anxious. Her ride back was just the same. The driver was friendly and she was excited he remembered her name. It’s the little things and I’m glad I found this service.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Triangle Access, and I feel compelled to warn other parents about their so-called "door-to-door" student transportation service. I used their service for only two days before calling it off, and I sincerely regret not doing it sooner.
On the second day of school, my son was picked up at 7:15 AM from South Cary for a school drop-off in Apex. His school starts at 8:45 AM, but he didn't arrive until 10:00 AM—well over an hour late! He missed his first period at school and was tardy for the second. This ridiculous delay was because the owner crammed in multiple pickups all over the map. He went from West Cary to Garner (near 401N), then backtracked to Holly Springs, and finally to Kildaire Farm near Trader Joe’s to squeeze in yet another pickup. The result? All students reached school over an hour late to school. To add to that an elementary school girl was forced to sit squished between two other students because the owner overbooked the vehicle.
The afternoon was no better. My son was picked up from school at 3:45 PM for what should have been a straightforward 13-mile trip home. Instead, he didn’t get home until 6:00 PM. The driver crossed by our house twice, but didn’t drop my son off because, according to him, he was following the GPS and instructed to drop kids off in the order they were picked up. This makes no sense whatsoever and shows a complete disregard for common sense or customer service.
To make matters worse, the owner ignored my calls and messages all day. When he finally did call back at 7:30 PM, there wasn’t a single word of apology. Instead, he blamed the school and claimed he had to wait 45 minutes for a child who got out late. The lack of accountability was infuriating.
I give this company 0 stars and strongly advise other parents to NEVER use their services. Even the driver expressed his concern, telling me that he warned the owner the students wouldn’t reach school on time, but his concerns were completely ignored. The driver even mentioned he was considering quitting because of the poor practices he was forced to follow.
In short, this company is an absolute nightmare. The owner never apologized. Save yourself the stress and find a reliable transportation service that actually cares about your child’s safety and well-being.

PHENOMENAL service! I had a wonderful experience with Triangle Access when I had to use them for transportation for my sons to and from a local charter school. The transportation coordinator communicated with me every step of the way letting me know when the boys were picked up and dropped off at home which was important to me since I was out of town on business and was trusting someone other than immediate family to transport my boys. Everyone arrived to school and was picked up on time and I even got pictures of the drivers and their vehicles for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to call Triangle Access again in the future.

I can’t relate to the nice reviews this service has from other costumers. I booked a service last week. I got a confirmation and received text this morning about it. I call their costumer number at 9:10 am to figure out how long I needed to wait, as the booked service was at 9:00 am. Someone on the phone told me their driver went to the wrong location, but they were working on having that driver picking me up soon. He told me he was calling me back in 5 minutes with more information. At this point it was 9:40 am. He never called me back, although I called them 6 more times to figure out what happened.

I almost lost my doctor appointment because of Triangle Access. Good thing, I was able to book another driver with Cardinal Medical Transportation and I am on my way to my appointment now while typing this. I hope Triangle Access can be more reliable to other customers who depend on this kind of services to take them to places.

My experience with Triangle Access have been top notch! I don't have any worries my child is dropped off directly in front of my home door. If one driver is out we are notified promptly! The drivers are kind and respectful and prices are reasonable!
