Service started great but then went south - no consistency with service (sometimes no service at all) and unresponsive to communication attempts. A little communication can go a long way but nothing from them. I canceled my service in December and they won’t stop processing payments. The first payment has been disputed and now I’ll have to dispute another one plus pay the bank fee to stop all future attempts to charge me. Definitely do bot recommend.

I wish I could give them stars. We were happy for a while and then it went down hill. Our pickup day was Tuesday and then it just was whenever they felt like it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then it was not picked up for 2 weeks straight. Then again this week. They only picked up one time this whole month even though we pay for the whole month! ZERO communication from them. I emailed to stop service and for them to pickup their cans. I also stated they would not be charging me anymore going forward. My card was automatically charged this morning! My bank will be disputing and getting the funds back as we had a stop payment put in place for this very reason. Unfortunately, it had not taken effect yet. Do not recommend them anymore. Please do not do business with them! You will regret it.

Very unreliable, they started out strong but then after that, we have not had a single truck come through our neighborhood. We have not had pickup in over three weeks now. Not sure what happened but it’s like they don’t exist anymore? They do not clear their voicemail box, you can’t email them and no one from the company has notified anyone what is going on. So time to move on, I’m done waiting for their response. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I agree. We started out great service. Brian even offered to pull our can from back yard since husband had knee surgery. They gave taken out payment for December and January with no service since November. We have had to have someone take our trash [with a lot of Christmas trash) to dumpster for us. Had a lot of respect for helping our situation. Husband pulled can to front. Stayed 2 weeks, no pick up cause we thought that might be issue.

Being a small business, I really wanted to like them and support their family. I should have known from my first interactions (to set up service) that they would be less than reliable.

Trash hasn’t been picked up in three weeks. We’ve called multiple times (mailbox full), texted, and sent emails.

With no communication, we just told them to come get their bins…. Still no response, but we certainly received our monthly bill on time this month.

They started out great....now no response from owner, was told trash pick up would be on Mon....which lingered to Tues and now Wed on more than one account. Web site "To Communicate and Provide Outstanding Customer Service" is far from what they are doing now, not sure what happened. Fired GFL for the same thing....now "You're Fired".

I was hoping this service and basic customer service would improve but its been 2 years. Skipped pickups and absolutely no response when you reach out for help. Its ridiculous at this point. I like to support small businesses but can no longer do it when they do not pick up but continue to charge me. If you cant provide good service then dont start a service company.
Do not, Do not, Do not use this company. Please read these reviews, 100% true.

We switched to this local "service" over a year ago, thinking they'd be better than the big guys.

Spoiler: they're worse. Our trash sits outside like it's waiting for an Uber that never shows up.

Oh, and good luck trying to call them — you'd have better luck reaching someone with a message in a bottle!

We've called more times than I'd like to admit, and still, no-show after no-show.

At this point, I might as well start a compost pile or give up and let the raccoons handle it.

ON AVERAGE, OUR TRASH IS MISSED FOR PICKUP ABOUT TWO WEEKS IN A ROW, WHICH MEANS IT ONLY GETS COLLECTED ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH 🚩🚩🚩
