After a fire and subsequent sprinklers created havoc at a large seven-story storage facility in West Los Angeles, ServPro staff descended to inspect and verify whether or not the contents of individual units were affected by fire, water, etc. It was full-on chaotic. Customer patience and tempers burned on a short fuse. Enter Victor from Austin, TX. Dude is kind, patient, and thorough. He and his team examined my storage space, carefully removed each and every item, checked each wall, corner and even the insulation for any signs of dampness. I'm not the most patient guy. But observing their professionalism helped me to relax and accept an inconvenient situation. Victor was a blue-chip boss through it all. He gets my utmost respect.

This team of professionals are absolutely amazing. Each and every job duty has been done professionally and proficiently. I can't thank them enough. The damage from Hurricane Beryl to my property was very extensive and they have handled it and gone over and above to get the job done. They have treated me and my customers very well. I am so very grateful for this crew because what has been one of the hardest things to go through with this team of professionals by my side it has made it less stressful for me as a property manager. I highly recommend them and if I ever have another disaster like this I can only pray that I get them back. Thank you to each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart I will forever be grateful for you.

Bobby was a great hands on site coordinator and Brandy led her remediation team expertly to help us through a difficult cleaning of several storage units. The team helped us through going through piles of stuff with patience and professionalism. Brandy soothed our frazzled nerves with kind instruction. Thanks to the whole team for the help!
