They opened the doors promptly at 0700, I was checked in and on the road in 15 minutes. The place was clean and well organized. The yard area was clean from any debris / trash. The employees where friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Overall..... 5 stars, well done. I appreciate the speed at which I was checked in as time was of the essence. Thank you.

Strictly professional, very friendly and always have the equipment I need to rent. If they dont have a trailer for example, they send me to another uhaul dealer automatically. Thanks u haul workers!

Very unhappy with my latest experience at this U-Haul location. After noticing an incorrect charge after returning a rental I contacted the store directly. The associate assured me the mistake would be corrected and my card would be fully refunded for the charge totalling over $100 yet after 3 weeks I had still not been refunded. So I personally went to the location and spoke with an associate as well as the store manager who both apologized and assured me the charge would again be refunded. Another month passed and still I had not received a refund. Again I contacted the store and the associate said his manager would be in the next day and would take care of this by refusing me as soon as he returned to work the following day yet again it's been weeks and no refund has been made. This is the worst experience I have ever had using U-Haul rental services and I will never use U-Haul again or refer anyone to this location.

WHen u call they tell you they install hitches on RVs and when you come in to buy it the manager says he doesn't like doing it be honest on the phone call

Greetings fellow travelers...

Today was moving day. And moving day as you well know can be STRESSFUL. Add in a major weather event and you have the Perfect Storm ? of Stress. Eegads.

On the way to pick up the rental ? my tire began to go flat. I stop at two gas stations hoping to find air. To no avail. The 1st had a frozen line and the next had been vandalized over night. Seriously people? So, I limped into the U-Haul lot pretty damn frazzled.

The folks at this U-Haul location went above and beyond. They let me leave my car until the move was completed and after returning the truck they filled my tire! On top of all that the cost of the rental was less than $60 !!!

Won’t be using U-Haul anymore rented a trailer for 4 hours retuned 20 min late after calling and letting them know and where charged for 48 hours for a 4 hour and 20 min rental have rented trailers all weekend and paid less

At the end of May we had a trip planned and needed to get a hitch installed on our 2017 Honda Pilot so we called this U-Haul and spoke to Holly and then Chris (Kris). Unfortunately due to the pandemic they did not have the hitch for our vehicle and wouldn't be able to get one in for a few months. However, Kris told me that if we were able to find a hitch on our own, he would make sure they got it installed for us before we were planning to leave (2 days later).

Luckily, I was able to track one down and true to his word, Chris (Kris) made us an appointment for the next morning. When I asked if I could drop it off before they opened he said yes and came in early just to make sure our hitch got installed before we had to leave town! Talk about amazing customer service!

So far we have taken multiple trips using the hitch they installed with zero issues. It works perfectly! Thank you to Chris (Kris) and Holly for providing such excellent service!
