I did not retain the name of the gentleman that came out to help me late last night after waiting hours for a tow, and even having one truck show up prior and leave because he wouldn’t touch it. After telling me he may need extra help, he then put his mind together and found a way to remove my truck from a ditch with no extra damages! Very good communication, very good personality, and a very helpful individual. Despite having to help us in need in the worst of times, he obtained a phenomenal attitude throughout. After waiting almost 6 hours between insurance and different tow trucks, this guy got me out before midnight! Thanks a bunch to Quick Safe Towing! Y’all be safe!

*update* owner called after seeing my review apologized said they fired the driver and offered a gift card as compensation, I thought it was a nice gesture even though I will not be using them again but then decides to text me saying he sent the gift card (which he did not but that didn't really matter) but then proceeds to ask me to remove the review I placed about my experience. It made me wonder how many others he has paid to get bad reviews removed or to get a good review. That fact Just did not sit well with me. This is not a trustworthy thing a business should be doing... So customers beware*

I had the worst experience with their tow truck driver. My truck has an electric gear shift. I had just picked up my truck from the mechanic that has been worked no on it, I broke down ( my drive shaft carrier bearing bolts came loose plus another issue that it was being worked on for) first off the guy tried to drive my truck without asking anything. I yell for him to stop driving it forward because he was going to damage my transmission or the drive differential. He then decides to drag the truck onto the flatbed without it being in neutral. I took pics of everything including my tires and his drag marks. I yell at him to stop again. I then go to put the truck into manual neutral via the lever under the dash. I needed a tool to push down the little pin mechanism that releases the lever to place it in neutral. the guy starts yanking on the lever hard. I tell him to wait that it has a little pin that has to be pushed to release it properly. I go to find a flathead or key and come back to him yanking hard on the lever again. At this point I really yelled at him to get away from it. I got the little pin pushed down and pulled the lever to place the truck in neutral so he can now safely put my truck on the bed. I was sooo mad by the time he left and if it wasn't for the fact that we waited an hour and a half for him to show up and had a tired and sick kiddo with me ,I would have called my service insurance company and requested a different tow company. so for a company that shows they tow luxury cars but can't handle a truck that has to be manually put into neutral when it can't be started is kind of scary. I have put in a complaint to my service company and the roadside service in case he damaged something it would be on record with the pics I took. Never again!

I have never had to get a tow before. Thanks to these guys it was pretty easy. Taha was the guy who towed me to the repair shop. He was friendly, quick and communicated well upon his arrival. Most importantly.... it was fairly priced! That is saying something in 2025. Thanks guys!

I made a trip to Lowe’s to pickup some items for the cold weather. When I went out after making my purchase, my truck wouldn’t start. After attempting jump starting it with no luck, I initiated my Roadside Assistance. I was first assigned Big State Towing, ETA 45-75 minutes. At the 50 minute mark they were suddenly not able to help. This is where Quick Safe Towing comes in. They were the 2nd provider to pick up the job. Original ETA was 90-120 minutes. After 90 minutes I called for a status and was told that the truck was in Prosper and was clearing an accident. New ETA of 45 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes went by and no tow truck. I called back and no answer. I waited another 10 minutes and called again, no answer and the voicemail is full. I tried to work with Roadside Assistance, they tried calling, got no answer and voicemail box full. They tried a couple more times, got some to answer, was out in hold and waited for several minutes. Nobody ever came back to the call. After almost 5 hours of waiting, I had my wife pick me up and went home for the night, leaving my truck in the parking lot. We scheduled service for 9am the following morning. I was surprised to see that Quick Safe Towing picked it up again. Guess what happened? They no showed and don’t answer their phone. I was able to leave a voicemail, but not surprisingly, they didn’t return my call. It was been reassigned to another provider that has just showed up.

7+ hours waiting no NOT Quick Safe Towing!

I found myself stranded at a client's home after a long day as a contractor getting this rental property ready for a new tenant. It was late in the project and I had invested most of my money on materials and didn't have enough to have my vehicle towed 20 plus miles to my home. I went to cancel the tow when the dispatcher asked why. I explained that after checking my bank account and calculating the cost of the tow I was going to be significantly short on the payment. The dispatcher inquired a little more and after a few moments said, "Look it's late Sunday night ( about 9:40 pm) I don't want you or your vehicle stuck out in North Dallas with no way to go home. With the money you have available we can get you home". That was a big discount I was given. I'm very grateful, the driver was very kind and polite and did not make me feel like I was a discount customer. Thank you so much. If I or anyone I know ever needs a tow you are the only one I will call.

Not a customer but I was just driving down mcdonald in mckinney and the right lane ended and merged into the left lane. I was already in front of the driver and he sped up and I had to slam on my brakes to keep him from running into the side of my car. Definitely not the kind of people I would want transporting my car
