Attempted to purchase via the app and received persistent ‘payment declined’ messages only to discover the payments were deducted from my bank. Six payments for £130 were deducted. Was advised by a Zeelo rep that the app experiences technical issues so best not to use it to purchase tickets! Have also been advised that I have to wait up to 10 days to be reimbursed.

No accountability between zeelo and the service providers leading to poor customer experience. Turned away from a ride today for having a ticket for 20 minutes later than originally selected - which is fine, I understand that but for 2 years we have travelled without this being an issue however with 0 communications to customers they enact this rule as we're queueing to get on. Very unprofessional, avoid where at all possible

My son used Zeelo for school transport. Very efficient, friendly service, great communication too, they kept me updated on all his journeys and I was able to track the coach. Highly recommend

Such a fantastic service! Used Zeelo for a large multi team sports tour in the UK and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed - great customer service and safe, clean and super comfortable transportation! I would definitely recommend them! Keep up the good work!!

I used Zeelo 2 weeks ago to attend a rugby match in Durban, South Africa with my father and father in law.
I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of booking from your phone. The user interface is very straightforward, anyone can use it! The SMS message reminder is great too. The bus trip was very comfortable, we left the pick up point bang on time and returned us safely. I will definitely be using them again for sport and other events.

No air conditioning and no windows can be opened in this bus with at least 20 people in it and outside is extremely hot - 34 degrees Celsius. No complaint number can be provided, they just say they don't have such things. Drivers don't alwaysk know the trip and their tracking app is not always working because the drivers don't log in before starting the journey so you can't know when the driver will arrive to pick you up. Wouldn't recommend if you have alternatives...

Zeelo are brilliant. Our coach company went bust and Zeelo saved the day. They approached us directly after reading the news and went the extra mile on every occasion to help us. Their service was superb, on time and everything went perfectly. They have a great team and cannot thank them enough. Would use them again without a doubt, as its great to see a company who genuinely care about their customers.

This is a great company. I use this service to attend the HMRC site in Ebblsfleet and I totally recommend them. Most drivers are very friendly, specially Sarah and Peter. When there is traffic on the road, these particular drivers drops us at the staff entrance so that staff don't get late to work. Today there was very long traffic, Peter managed to find route to avoid traffic and managed to drop us at the entrance instead of the normal drop off point to make sure we don't get late to work. Other drivers are friendly and polite too.
Also admin staff like Melissa, Venessa and all the other admin staff on live chat are very professional. We'll done and keep it up guys!!! ?
