Been waiting almost 4 hours, not the 2 hours most they say. Hire some more drivers for the area my sister lives in.

That was the worst experience I ever had employee unprofessional rude they don't even have enough of money the cover your paycheck they dispatch don't care how they talk to the client they force them get on the bus if they can't walk they made one stand up out his wheelchair told him if not he will need to find another ride home. All of the vehicle is broken if not something is wrong with them engine light tire light is on. Broken down 3 times on side the road with clients... They have a mechanical on the job with No driving licence so if you broken down you will wait until someone else bring him.. Then as you are waiting you be told to take the key put it back and try to start it .
Whoever put the inspection sticker on the vehicle getting pay under the table everything out there will fail.. Not a good place at all to work .I made one check and ran off..

Wait time way too long. Call you too much to confirm the trip, several times in 1 day. Horrible transportation, you do better getting lyft or uber.

Air-conditioning DID NOT WORK ON THE VAN!!! I'm in Baton Rouge La. It's been getting over 100° here! Miserable ride. I ride 3 times a week and it takes about 1hr.!!!

Took video. Will be reporting to local Authorities. Hire drivers who can drive!

These people left our dying grandmother waiting outside her doctor 2 hours past her pickup time, then essentially said she was impatient and ignored requests to speak to a supervisor. Definitely reporting them for elderly abuse.
