If you like wasting your time feel free to rent a truck from here. Made a reservation for a truck here on a Saturday and I wholeheartedly understand that they don't work in the office on Saturdays but I was informed by an employee over the phone to call back when I arrive to pick up the truck. We'll I show up and call the number provided at least 10 times with no answer. Called the number on the building no answer. So I decided to call the uhaul company and they also failed to reach these people over the phone so I ended up canceling my reservation with them. Then once I finished canceling my order and only then did Tender Care reach out to me but by then the damage had been done. I do not recommend anyone rent from them and honestly I don't even know how they are even in business at this point. You would literally get better customer service from a brick wall than you would with them.

Today was the first time I've ever used medical transportation I was dropped off from 11:10am to 6:30pm..... what could have led to being a disaster I appreciate Neisha from the office and Tender Kare transportation for sending Margaret to come back to work after just getting home from work for me as it was an emergency....not only did she save the day for me , she gave me encouraging words to not let what happened to me give up on using the medical service again. I can't express my gratitude and how humbled I am that she also kept me calm.Thank you Miss Margaret the world needs more people like you...Tender Kare transportation LLC. You have an extraordinary employee. Thanks Again.

Driver David on 8/19/24 was super helpful and polite and got me to my appointment on time and pick up from my surgery was a very helpful and professional kind lady both deserve a raise!!

Very reliable service, willing to work with you on a schedule change if the need arises. I have been a rider with this company for years and I have no complaints. Usually if there's an issue it occurs because of the insurance company didn't enter my trip correctly.

Okay so I have not used this company. However a driver did show up and was very rude to my father. Here’s what happened:
My son goes to New Orleans children’s hospital for kidney dialysis 3 days a week. It was Memorial Day and no one showed up. So originally I had called Mtm and set up a ride for the next day, which was a Tuesday, and was all set to go. The hospital called me and got me a ride out there that Memorial Day. So I called Mtm back and cancelled the ride for Tuesday. I also went on the Mtm app and cancelled it there as well. I then called back Mtm and they told me it was cancelled. It was not. 8 am Tuesday morning tender kare showed up. Now for being on time I have to give them points for. What came next wasn’t so great. The driver continually honked the horn and cussed at my neighbor who lives in front of us, then my father walked down the driveway to see what was going on, and she started in on him. Now I understand that it’s frustrating to get somewhere and no one he waiting and then have some strange men come up to the van. However these are old disabled people. She didn’t have to talk to them in the way she did. My dad told them that the trip was cancelled and she wanted to argue with them. Now my dad did get loud with her because she got loud with him, but this is the second driver that has been rude to my father for a trip being cancelled that the driver didn’t know about. Mtm needs to better communicate with these companies and the companies need to teach these drivers how to respond in situations like this. Cussing at an elderly disabled man isn’t the way to go. I was told the company was good but after that it made me not want to book with them.

I have had some serious issues with this transportation company. I've complained and the driver is doing better.
All other drivers with this company have been excellent.
Overall, all but that one driver has made me feel safe. (Since my previous experience, he has been excellent.)I've gotten to appointments on time, in one piece.
The other day, my wait was less than 5 minutes.

I would recommend this company for any of your transportation needs. The driver Neka went above and beyond her job as a driver. She has great customer service, very patient, kind, soft spoken, and caring. This young lady needs to recognized for her exceptional customer service. In today’s time it’s hard to find a worker like her. Please appreciate and let her know she did a great work today. I can go on and on but I’ll stop here.
