Thank you so much for your love and care that was given to my mother-in-law during her time here on earth. She was 99 years old and had the best care from Altum. They cared for her as if she was family to them. We could not ask for a more caring group of people that we call family now. You were always there for her till she was called home to heaven!

I engaged With Althum to provide care to my 96 year old father over a year ago. They performed in an outstanding manner, providing loving and professional care to him until his passing last month. They were truly “family” to my Dad—-and to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are simply superb at what they do: attentive, caring, diligent, flexible, and client-focused.

Two friends at my retirement campus recommended the ALTUM Home Care Services in South Lakeland to me. My husband is 81 and in a nursing home right here. At 80 years of age in a new environment, I now pay the bills, drive for errands, wash my husbands clothes. And then my health worsened and I now with my husband’s and my” far away “family’s approval-hired these trained nurses and caring religious people to assist me. As a praying Christian, these people have become angels in my life. I am truly blessed to know them.God bless each of them!?❤️

I recently had a total hip replacement and decided I needed help for the first few days. Over the years I have used many agencies...some good, some not so good. I made a list of several agencies to interview by phone - with a ton of questions. Jun, at ALTUM, was the 3 agency I contacted. I knew immediately, I need not speak to anyone else. He was kind, genuine, knowledgeable, compationate and supplied me with information I didn't even know to ask! With pride, he described his staff so enthusiasticly I was sure I'd love them even before we met. On the day of surgery, they were waiting when I arrived home. Immediately, they went into action. I never had to ask them for anything. They knew innately how to assist me. It was clear, right away, that these professionals had a wealth of experience in all aspects of the medical community. Because of this wonderful company, healing of this major surgery, which I was so worried about, was a breeze. Trust me, look no further than to ALTUM for any care you or your loved one need.

I was very happy to come across this company. In the beginning I told them what my father could afford, which was lower then what they wanted, but we negotiated to a rate that was still higher then what my father could afford. They really provided great care to my father for 5 months. Then I receive a call asking me to give the caregiver a $2.00 raise. I reminded June that from the very beginning when I signed the contract that my father was on a fixed income and he would not be able to afford to pay $2.00 more an hour. The response was well the company was just starting out and we needed clients so we took a lower rate.....I said ok that is fine I will need at least 2 weeks to find another caregiver, his response was I can give you a week!!!! A week to find a caregiver is crazy, but I did it and hopefully they will not do this to anyone else!
