Two / three years ago my million year old AC died, so I called Richie Rich AC and they installed a new unit, same day. Super friendly / cool guys doing the install, and super knowledgeable.

I’ve had to call them 3 times since, each and every time instead of screwing us and making us pay for a service call for what turned out to be a simple, common, problem…. They told us what to do, and every single time they were right.
Well, that just happened right now and thanks to them my house is cooling down again.

Everywhere I go down here, it seems they’re ready to take advantage of you. But this company is completely trustworthy and does the right thing.

Summer just barely started 100+ outside and AC decides to stop cooling in our warehouse. Called Richie Rich, and Virginia had a tech dispatched ASAP. The tech that arrived knew what he was doing , quickly figured out the problem and was done and under an hour. Fast ,effective and reasonably priced. Will be using Richie Rich again in the future !

I called at 3:45 in the afternoon and they were able to get someone here within the hour. My coil and AC ducks were very dirty. They turned my AC system around and it’s cooling like never before. Very upfront and reliable. Thank you Richie.

Great experience. I was recommended by my brother in law. They replaced both my parent's and my AC. They did a great job both locations. They had great communication someone always there for my concerns. I had a small concern at the end that ended up nothing, however, they made me feel comfortable asking and they resolved my concern without flinching. Thank you Mr. Richard!!

7/28/22 still great! They changed another unit for me and eased any of my concerns. Some companies when you have a concern will blow you off but not them. Being a woman you feel like contractors can take advantage but I have continued to have great service with them. Thank you! I will recommend you guys when ever I can!

We have used Richie Rich services for years now. They have always been professional and fair. I recently had a mini split put in the master bedroom, which I love!!! No more cooling down rooms not being used at night. We have recommended them several times to friends. One just used Richie after her AC went out and the whole system had to be replaced (it was very very old). She is very happy now.

We had to replace our entire system in our old (1946) house. As with most work on old houses once things were under way surprises came up. Richard handled them with ease and threw whatever resources were need to get the job done; get the job done perfectly and on time. They are great to work with. They will charge you a fair reasonable price and the crew is great and neat as a pin.

I don’t often review things. I can say this without hesitation- if you need AC services and don’t call them you are missing the best.

I’ve been dealing with Richie rich for almost 11 years now. They are the only company I will call. I was recently in the hospital and my wife had to handle some issues we were having one being our A/C I gave her his number to call and he came out without hesitation the next day and got my family taken care of. If that is not a business to support than I don’t know what is. He has been there for us whenever we needed. All of his guys come professional and very courteous. They always look to keep us well taken care of. Always give the best recommendations we get the most out of our unit.So thankful for you guys.Thank you guys !!!!
