Donny with Polk Sevices LLC was amazing to work with. He was prompt and professional throughout the whole process. He installed a new gravel driveway for us and ground an old stump. I am so very pleased with all of the work he did for us. He communicated throughout the project and finished in an extremely timely manner. I would highly recommend Polk Services LLC to anybody I know. Great company, great person running it too.

Donny was very professional, thorough and aims to please. Came out gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. Kept us up to date as to when he would be there and when the trucks would be coming to dump the recycled concrete, which turned out amazing! We are having him come back and remove some stumps for us next! When you call on him you will be treated right, honestly and by someone who really cares about what job you want done.

Using them to clear out a large area of shrubbery and branch debris that has plagued our back yard for decades, and they are currently grading land in an area that Hurricane Milton reminded us was prone to flooding. Their equipment is making it look easy, and they are fast and professional. I'll definitely be saving their business card and telling all the neighbors.

Polk Services was a breath of fresh air in a difficult to navigate market. Donny was prompt, upfront about all of his services and charges, and worked with us to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. In this case he moved twenty yards of soil into raised beds, moved and spread an additional twenty yards of mulch across another piece of the property and then graded and leveled a large piece of land which will house a chicken coop and run. He did all this expertly and efficiently, working carefully and doing the entire job better and in less time than I could have hoped. After he was done with his work we talked about several other projects and I can’t wait to be able to have him tackle these and any others in the future.
