Top Line Services provided incredible service for me this week when my beautiful horse suddenly and unexpectedly got sick and had to be put down. Todd, Brett and Robert were all wonderful in helping me bury my horse Cash. Top Line was there within hours of my call prioritizing me and met me first thing in the morning to bury my horse. Robert was so gracious with his kind condolences for my loss and did a beautiful job burning my horse very carefully making sure he was laid to rest properly and at the exact spot I asked. I am so grateful for Top Line helping me during the most difficult of times. Their care, concern and professionalism is appreciated more than I can express.

It took me awhile to post a review. My heart is still shattered. I called many places and Topline won me over with not just their affordability but their professionalism and actually having empathy. I couldn't be there for her pickup, I had to leave after she was put down as I didn't want that image in my head but the barn owner said he was so nice and caring. He wasn't rough or anything. He gave my baby love and respect as she was carried away. Thank you Topline. She was such a sweet soul.

Top Line Services was very respectful with how they spoke with us and explained the process of loading and handling our horse. They also were able to quickly switch date and time due to the hurricane and they communicated any delay regarding traffic. Very kind and professional.

I highly recommend Top Line to any one needing their service. Communication and service were on point. We needed them for Christmas Day out of all days, and they responded immediately and we had our pony picked up by the nicest gentleman. He saw me tearing up and told me i can take all the time I need, with my pony. He was so kind and compassionate. He loaded him gently. It was a pleasant experience though the sad nature of the event. Will use them again if ever needed.

Top Line Services were polite & professional and they were able to provide same day service. It isn’t always possible to plan for emergency situations but they were willing to help make sure we were taken care of. Brent was so helpful and the pickup driver was very respectful and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them for your large animal removal, burial or cremation needs!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Our facility often sees semi retired and then retired residence here because owners know their horses are safe to live out their best lives, but when it is time to cross the rainbow bridge, I only call Top Line Services . They are not only communicative and dependable, they are caring and reasonably priced. I appreciate the job they do for us here and the care with what they do it.
