I cannot rave about Jim enough! From initial contact, he was incredibly professional and thorough with absolutely everything. He kept in constant communication throughout the process and was very honest about what he was able to do and what he couldn’t. Truly hard working individual who is very talented and passionate about his craft (specially carpentry). He built us a kitchen sink cabinet to replace our old one and i couldn’t be happier. Very satisfied with the wonderful new look after Jim’s great work. We will continue to hire Jim for future projects and to recommend him to anyone needing work in their home.

Jim's done two projects for us and has been great to work with. One of them was a big project that took a lot of different skills and he did a phenomenal job. He's been great at communicating, did everything on time, and was happy to accommodate all of the changes and add-ons I requested. He even did a great job cleaning and keeping the dust to a minimum. The best call we have made in a long time. We have had other handymen come out just to be disappointed for one reason or another. Lakeland Handyman Service was on time got the job done in a timely manner and was very informative. We will being calling them for any of our up coming projects!!! Jim always explains what he is going to do in layman's terms. He listens to you when you describe what job(s) you want him to do.
If can't do something he will tell you. He arrives on time, is polite and professional, and cleans up! We are extremely pleased with the quality of his service.

Jim was 15 minutes early...went straight to work, explained everything he was doing in great detail, put everything back how he found it, and was thorough and professional! He never pressured me for additional service, but I certainly will contact him again when I need additional work. Highly recommended!
