Joel was great. I was able to schedule within reasonable time. He showed up as scheduled (on time) and completed the sewer tank pump out promptly and properly.
Pricing was competitive.

He even helped me locate a separate drainage issue and fixed it without charging me anything extra.

Will definitely use him again and highly recommended Joel Llloyd.

I had a long- abandoned septic tank collapse on my land I recently bought. I didn't even know it was there! It was forming a sink-hole that was widening by the day, so I called JLS after TWO of my acquaintances recommended him. The company owner came out right away, knowing how dangerous it was to leave. He gave me an extremely reasonable estimate, which he clearly explained to me and which was much lower than feared. He did the work within a week, careful of not damaging my yard with his equipment. I was extremely pleased with his work, and he was very thoughtful and friendly.

Our grinder pump was leaking/not working which was a huge problem itself but then finding someone who could fix it was even worse (I called so many plumbers and other septic services who do not deal with grinder pumps) finally found out about Joel and I know he was super busy but he made time to help us and came out first thing in the morning to figure out issue (pump was installed galvanized to outflow which corroded) and fix it (replaced with pvc) we were very grateful he could fit us in, and he was professional, very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I called Joel Lloyd when the alarm on my septic system box went off last summer (2020). he tried different things (replaced floats, then replaced electronic board in box when the floats didn't help), all of which failed to correct the problem, despite many (6?) times of the alarm going off and him coming out, and charging me $350. after the last time the alarm went off, I was astounded to hear him say that he was 'frustrated', and would not come back, that I should find someone else, as he was losing money to keep coming out!! I requested a refund - he would not, not even for labor, and kept my money despite not fixing anything! so I was back to square one, out $350, an 80 yr old woman leery of using water at night and set off the alarm, and not knowing what to do. So I called the manufacturer of the board myself, and asked a friend to test the board with his ohm meter, & as we talked with the company rep as he walked us thru the test, found the board was defective, and they arranged for an exchange (we had to buy a new one, then send the bad one back for a refund) , and my friend installed it. Completely solved the problem!! obvious right away that the new board was working properly, and it's now been ok for months. So no, I would never .... call Joel Lloyd again.

Mr. Lloyd was great ! He was very professional and came out even quicker than he said he would. My family and I were so grateful. He even re buired the dirt that I dug up to check the tank. Thank you!!!
