Booked Karline Transfers for Gatwick drop off and pickup . Outward journey was fine , but on arrival back there was no indication of a driver . I was expecting a txt advising me who my driver would be - nothing received
Rang the office and was surprised when asked which terminal I was at , when the flight details (if checked ) would have given the answer . Then was told to wait at Costa Coffee - when there is no C Coffee at S Terminal
Then advised that the driver would be about 1 .5 hours later due to traffic .
We cancelled the service ( given that we had travelled for about 10 hours already ) and took a Uber that arrived in 5 mins . Incidentally, I can confirm that there was no traffic connection at Gatwick in either direction .
Make of it what you may , but I will not be using this company again .

Very easy, painless process booking my cab and by far the cheapest price to travel to the airport. Cab arrived on time, driver was polite and friendly and the cab was clean - definitely will be booking through them again.

I cannot thank the driver who worked for Karline Transfers, especially being a disabled person in a wheelchair. He picked us up at Gatwick Airport, on time and was extremely helpful when it came to taking all our luggage to the Mercedes he was driving. 5 star service and a very good driver. Will definitely be booking with this company in future

Lovely chap, very hospitable. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, the driver waited the whole time and gave us every assurance. Was such a relief, especially given I was travelling with my parents and kids. Thank you.

After reading all the positive reviews, I had booked them for an airport pickup from London Heathrow. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The driver did not show up at the time I had asked for the pick-up. Then kept saying he would be there in 5-10 minutes. An hour after the original scheduled time, he was still not there and kept saying he will reach in another 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting after an 11-hour flight, and made alternate arrangements to go home. Thouroughly disappointing 🙁

A great, reliable service with the best price. Driver ensured we got the service we requested when the booking company got it wrong, great communication, on time and went above and beyond when we left an item in the car. Couldn’t recommend more. 10/10. Thank you. Special shout out to Tayyab Raja for going to extra mile and his colleague Sabeeh Imitaz. Would defo use again.

Very happy with the service provided by Karline Transfers...used them for a pick-up and drop service from / to Heathrow and on both occasions, the drivers were bang on time, and they were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely use their services when we visit London next.
