I’ve been with Massey for 4 plus years and always pleased with their service. John A, has been our technician all this time and he’s always professional and kind. He communicates when he is coming by and always checks in with me to make sure everything is going well or if there are new issues.

We recently discovered rats had made their way into the attic when the temps dropped. I put in a service request and got a response the same night. John came out and inspected my property and the interventions I had already carried out. He provided additional recommendations and we discussed our plan of attack. Jim/James out of the Frisco office is great! He came out yesterday and today to take care of a big problem of paper wasps inside the house - 50-75 of them ! They didn’t come from the usual place - the fireplace. He found the well hidden nest, took care of the nest and made sure that the windows are sealed. Jim is very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jim and Massey.
