I have to say I honestly love Dr. Tran!! I appreciate her for multiple reasons. I like that she is straight forward and to the point. She knows what shes talking about and I appreciate that she listens to what I have to say as well. She's always been respectful of my wants and needs while also being sure to provide excellent paitient care. She helped me to deliever my first born. After 24 hours in labor I wanted to tap out and just get a c-section. (Even though previously my plan was to go natural.) Dr. Tran was able to get me to hold on and six hours later I had the delivery I wanted. My babygirl came out healthy, happy and I didn't tear! Dr. Tran has always made me feel safe and well cared for as a patient.The staff are great as well, super kind and extremely helpful.

I said it before shes a great doctor. Not only because she knows what shes doing but also because she listens to what the patients needs are. She isn't judgemental either. She's very accepting and supportive.

staff is great, but dr Tran is rude and insensitive. took the chance and found a new dr at 30 weeks pregnant because I couldn't take her anymore

Not sure what the negative reviews regarding the staff is about, Paula is extremely helpful, polite and professional. My PCP referred me over, Paula got me on the schedule within two days of receiving said referral. Very efficient office and hassle free.

Told my wife to abort our baby at 8 weeks because she thought it wasn’t viable. Did no history, or real assessments to make that call, especially that early in the pregnancy or any evidence. Lack of any professionalism throughout the process. I would’ve expected better especially to a first time mother. Switched doctors and delivered our beautiful child in Waimea and is now 4 years old. This woman is terrible doctor do not go here better and more professional OB’s on the island.

My girlfriend recently found out she is pregnant and went in to Hilo Obsretics and Gynocolegy and had Doctor Quyen-Anh come in and lecture her about how she shouldn’t keep her baby because her boyfriend will probably leave her as a single mom, she won’t have the money to raise a child, asked her how much she makes at her job and told her to do the math because she can’t afford to raise a child, told her if you were a kid would you want your parents to be married or not. She didn’t ask her anything about how she is feeling or anything health related and left the room before my girlfriend could ask her any of the questions she had about what was going on with her. Absolutely terrible doctor left my girlfriend in tears and worried. Unprofessional and malpractice. Beware
