Cori is so pleasant and fun to talk to. She makes me feel comfortable because her driving is even, smooth, and completely safe. It's really nice to know that the car won't jerk forward or suddenly brake throwing me forward. I enjoy her driving me VERY much, just like Sabrina does! I LOVE them both❣️❣️

So this is how this company operates. My sister called the dispatch office and spoke with a lady. She wanted to make sure our pick up time was right. She confirmed the time. So the driver shows up at the wrong time anyway. She called dispatch back and the lady said WE CALLED YOU to confirm(then you would have showed up at the right time correct?) but it was the other way around . They never called us.
If you make a mistake just own up to it. They will not take responsibility for any mistakes they make. We cannot recommend this company. They think they are perfect. No one is.
She manages 212 people in two facilities. North Spokane and the valley. Almost 20 of them go to dialysis several times a week. She needs someone who will support her in this huge responsibility. She will have to use other resources. She is honest in her endeavors.

Driver of MedTran van #18 ran a red light on Sprague and Havana in Spokane today (6/19/24) and almost hit me. Then the driver flipped me off. For a common carrier, this type of behavior is something you should be ashamed of.

If I could give 50 stars I would. I can not express in words how wonderful this medical transport it. The wonderful owners (lee and his wife) omg so amazing!!the wonderful woman (tara) she arranged the rides she is so amazingto. The drivers are so amazing! They always have smiles on there faces. They always have you early. They are NEVER late. There vans are always soooo clean. I only feel safe riding with med-trans. There the best in Spokane Washington. I can't stress enough how wonderful the whole team is. If you want to feel safe and always get to and from your appointments always on time Pick them. You WILL be very satisfied!!!! Great work guys

Driver car #76 needs to go back and learn the rules of the road, especially when entering freeway traffic safely. This jerk has no regard for other drivers. When representing your company, or not, your drivers need to slow down and have respect for others driving on the freeway. There are others trying to get there safely!! Be respectful!!
