Absolutely pathetic service. Their tracking system is a joke. And the customer care number is merely provided as a showpiece because no body cares to even pick up the call.
Tried calling ALL available customer care numbers more than 20 times but no response.
Their staff is rubbish as well as none of them seem to know where to get information on the parcel.
Absolute textbook case for disgusting customer service and harassment.
If for some reason you have the misfortune of using VRL logistics, please be prepared for customer service nightmare.

Very disgusting place it is there employees are very useless it was yesterday's incident I got a call that your parcel is ordered, so yesterday I went to collect that parcel, then after seeing the recipe, these people asked to wait that the goods should be carried from truck i was waited for 30 min Then I asked him that the parcel was not received, what was he saying that now the parcel will be received directly in the evening, it is our lunch time. Is these correct to answer i was waited for more than 30 min and then he directly said that some to evning i went there 12 km away there employees have not Little bit commonsense to how to handle costomer
