I’ve Used The Help for several years now to clean my bathrooms. Prior, I had a bad experience with another company and was reluctant to try another cleaning service. Casie the owner is fantastic and quickly calmed all my fears. Casie promptly returns my calls and texts. The day prior she texts to confirm her appointment and estimated time of arrival. She continually checks with you to assess the service and discuss your preferences. The work and her commitment are fantastic. The rates are extremely reasonable. I have found Casie most accommodating to my requests and needs. We are working from home and when she arrives she gets right to work and slips out when finished. Lastly, my pups love her and are always excited to see her. She is good to them and they want to be next to her receiving her affections. Thank you Casie for taking care of my family and home.

I don't actually know how their cleaning is, but I did book a month in advance and after realizing I never heard back from them or got a confirmation, I called and emailed and nothing. Needless to say I had to choose a different company 5 days before I needed the cleaning done.
