After Hurricane Ian, we reached out to several restoration companies, most of which were unavailable or unable to assist. ServePro East Naples, despite being stretched thin, took on the task and worked within our policy limits. Their team, especially Taylor, was incredibly professional, kind, and empathetic throughout the process. They got us back in our home as quickly as possible. The adage “you get what you pay for” stands very true with this company. I worked closely with them on a water main break in a retail store. It not only needed to be mitigated but the contents (product, fixtures, carpet) needed to be removed within a 10 day period. This team worked effectively and quickly. There was no “we can’t” in any sentence when asked to perform a task. So, you can go with someone else but frankly you’d be making a big mistake. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for their diligence and “nose to the grindstone” approach. Truly a terrific job under the gun.

Michael Bergeron and Andres Yanez plus the incredible team that included Gustavo, Acela, Yordan, Maria, Yoanis, Mayda, Raul, Ana and Valeria saved 3 condos that were flooded by an overflowing sink this past Saturday! They worked non stop through the night. They were professional. They were friendly and compassionate. It takes a special skill set to do this work and they all are top notch workers.
