A big thank you to this landlord who helped us when we arrived in LA, because our cards did not go to Avis. They came to pick us up, welcomed us quite late and rented us a new car (10 miles on the odometer), with which we did 2600 miles. Obviously we took great care of it, to avoid any problems. As we had planned with Avis, the return of the vehicle could be made to SFO, thank you. We were asked to return the car cleaned inside / outside, after 18 days of rental the cleaning should be included.

THE INSURANCE IS THIS PLACE IS FAKE! They just stole $1000 from us!! Be careful - they‘re cheaper because they’re insurance is fake!!! The woman is super aggressive and refused to take us to the airport and we lost our flight!!! Careful!!! This place is not serious!! When you deliver your car they try to find the smallest thing to take $1000 from you!!! That’s why they’re cheaper… their business is stealing!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Car Rental Company

I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. They are aggressive and dishonest, especially when it comes to insurance. I purchased comprehensive insurance for $966, only to find out it was fake and didn’t cover anything beyond a basic plan. Additionally, they would deduct $1000 for any scratch or damage, and the insurance wouldn’t cover theft or fire without a police report.

I rented a Ford Explorer 2023, which had a lot of noises while driving. When I complained, they insisted I return 500 miles to their location for a mechanic to inspect it, without offering an alternative vehicle or even an apology. I had to complete my journey with a noisy car.

When I returned the car, they refused to take me back to the airport as initially promised. Instead, they made me drop the car in a parking lot and demanded an extra $35. I ended up taking a bus with five large bags to the airport, which was extremely difficult.

Finally they took 700$ additional the deposit that have taken in advance

With all this loss I would get a very luxurious car instead of going to them

In summary:
- Aggressive and dishonest practices
- Hidden costs not disclosed upfront
- Poor vehicle conditions
- Charges for cleaning regardless of condition
- Stealing you at anyway

I would appreciate any help that I could complain to force them to pay me back my money

I had an awesome experience here as I am a clutz and forget things left and right. Mike was very accommodating when I forgot my items in the vehicle or when I was having issues with my debit card, even offering to mail my items back to me since I was already about to board my flight back home.

I know the place may seem sketchy from the looks but they do great work and their customer service is phenomenal fr fr.

Will definitely be using this place for my future car rentals, hands down ?

Quick service. They accept credit, debit, Revolut card and cash. We got a 4 year old car in good condition for a nice price. Be careful about the car, there is 1000$ complicity even though you have full insurance.
