So helpful, resourceful and patient!! We had to make a change that was going unrectified by so many in the U-Haul organization but Kaiya was able to fix it in a heart beat!!!

I came to this location to fill a propane bottle. The service was very unresponsive and very unprofessional. After pressing the bell and waiting, no one came to help me. I went inside three staff members were huddled around the desk, laughing and chatting about food and Cajun food. When I said I was there for propane, they said they would meet me outside and then they continue chatting about Cajun food. It was very unprofessional during the whole experience when I went to pay they were laughing and talking and making jokes to each other during the transaction, I would not return to this location or this ever again I would find a place with better customer service. A place that focuses on the customer experience and who want you to come back and who are willing to earn your business. The staff here should be trained in customer service or let go apparently they don’t need three staff members because none of them were doing anything.thank you for taking the time to read my

I rented a 15 foot truck. When I went to the parking lot to leave there was 1 truck in front of me. I asked the guy if he could move the truck in front of me and he said no, I had to back the truck all the way backwards to the far end of the parking lot to get out. It was about 5 or 6 trucks next to me. Really unprofessional. It was hard for me to get in and out of the truck cuz it was high.when I brought it back I parked in the front, so when I walked in one guy tells me I would have to take it around I told him it was hard for me to get in and out could he please pull it over there for me . His reply was NO. One of the other guys in there said he would do it. There were 3 or 4 people just standing around doing nothing. Very poor customer service and rude. I will not rent from uhaul again. Horrible.

On June 15, I went to that establishment to rent a trailer. When I paid, they overcharged me and to make matters worse, I couldn't use the trailer since my truck didn't have the connection for the taillight of the trailer and we decided to ask for a refund of our money. Since we couldn't use the trailer they told me I had to wait 5 days and more than 11 days have passed and I haven't seen my money back. I have called more than 10 times and they don't give me an explanation, only that they supposedly already refunded my money and It doesn't appear anywhere in my account. I'm already disgusted with all this. First, see if the things they rent are useful, why else would they steal from you like me?

Renting the trailer was a good experience. Returning the trailer was horrible. There was a line of 7 customers to the door. There was 1 female behind the counter helping out all the customers and neither of the other 2 male employees helped her with the customers.
