I got into coffeyville in august, and their phone receptionist are the rudest most hatefull people I could imagine must be related to courthouse or city employees with that elitist snooty attitude.
Totally discriminated against me in my friend because of he rbi polar disability and I beleive our age, drive 20 mile sout into the country for some baby boomer rich landowner but heaven forbid I miss my ride because the driver didnt know were I was supposed to be picked up, so told me to wait at braums and I would be picked up and taken to country mart. so I missed my ride and they no showed me and banned me because they are upity small town government snoots why no one wants to do business with them. sincerly Randy Hamilton

I have a ride to PT twice a week and today they just didn't show up. They were given a printed out schedule. If they are closed for Good Friday why can't they tell someone and cancel their service? Terrible customer service.

Every time I try to schedule a ride with them they always put it on the wrong day they’re always messing up they can never come and get me on titan customer service is horrible I wouldn’t ride with them
