Definitely what I was looking for our first family road trip. I was a little nervous because I booked it a few weeks before the holidays and it was my first time booking with Sprinter Rentals but everything turned out great. The selection of vans was incredible. Uploading my documents and making my payment was an easy process. The host Kamlesh contacted me two days before pick up and answered all my questions by phone, text and video messages. The van was in great condition and the family had an excellent road trip especially my teenagers. They had plenty of space for them selves. Will use it again on our next trip and will recommend it to family and friends.

Amazing service. There was quite a few options to choose from but we found the van we wanted for the time period we needed. My brother and his family came out from the Philippines to have a white Christmas and we were able to find a luxurious van for the time they were out here. The van we rented was very comfortable and was quite a smooth ride. Stan, the host, was very accommodating and made himself available even before I picked up the van. Stan worked with me to have the best pick up and drop off locations and made it a very smooth process.
I will definitely rent from here again.

Excellent communication. Pick up was quick and easy as was return. Van was in excellent condition and super roomy with the 3rd bench seat removed. We carried 2 mountain bikes plus multiple people and gear from Munich to Austria and Italy for the UCI world cup downhill races. Would use them again.

We had a great experience with our rental. The van was comfortable for all passengers on our road trip. The TV was a nice luxury to have. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely recommend sprinter rentals for anyone looking for a comfortable spacious ride.

Communication with Robert was direct and quick. The van was very spacious and it fit all our luggages. It was easy to maneuver for our long drive.

I just wish the TV was easier to control during the trip.

Robert delivered the Sprinter as advertised and explained its operation. This wasn't necessary, as I have driven Sprinters worldwide, but I appreciated his thoroughness.

The real surprise was the Sprinter. When I rent Sprinters, they are usually a basic variety. However, this Sprinter was nicely equipped and reminded me of the V-Class Mercedes popular in Europe.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this rental and would not hesitate to rent from Sprinter Rentals again.
