WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER
*Beware of pick-up and drop off at this rental*

They don’t do a check up of the car with you, you just get an e-mail later. What happened to us is I was on time to return the car, asked if we needed to check the car together. They said no, we would get later an e-mail, that didn’t make much sense to me. I asked twice to a worker because it felt weird not to do the check up together. They insisted on the e-mail procedure. I took some pictures before I left, just for my own peace of mind and later we got an e-mail with a damage we didn’t produce. Just awful. On top of that, if you want to reclaim you have to pay an extra 95€. Really. I’ve been renting cars for the past 18 years in all of my travels, always had good experiences. Definitely not using Europcar ever again.

Ottima la partenza da Berlino, pessima la riconsegna alla stazione treni di Amburgo. Ci hanno fornito l'indirizzo dell'ufficio in stazione e non la stazione di servizio che fungeva da garage. Procedura di riconsegna di Bassa qualità.

The branch location is very good. Everything is around you. Besides, the location is in the main Metro station in Berlin.
I recommend this place because of its strategic location.
Staff are also very helpful and speak English.
I f you want to rent a car in berlin, make Europcar your first option and this branch your only option. ?

Never rent from this company! I ordered a Audi A3, and when I came to pick it up, they gave me a VW Golf. And they said its because I ordered through a third party company, and that on the website it says Audi A3 or similar. And I can accept that, but on the website I could have chosen VW Golf or similar cheaper than the Audi A3, so I find this weird.

Before I delivered the car back I had to fill up the gas, so I drove to the location they had told me was closest to the drop off point. But when I arrived, the gas station was just a big construction site, so I could not fill the car up and with 15 min left until return in central Berlin, I had no chance to fill it up and not be late. So I drove to the drop off point and told them about the situation, and the lady was well aware of that gas station did not exist, so why tell me to go there in the first place?! She offered me to take the car again and go to another gas station, but I didnt have time for that, because I was already late trying to find a non existing gas station. And now they charged me 176,50€ to fill up the car, I have no problem paying for the fuel I used, but that amount is crazy. And I also got charged 22€ for after hours, even tho I picked up and delivered the car back within opening hours First wrong car and then all this. I will use another company next time.

They told me to check the car for damage. It was basically impossible due to the poor lighting and cramped conditions. I returned the car at another location 24 hours later and was blamed for multiple small prior damages. Don't trust them! The Berlin office had not documented damage on this car. Also, as an experienced renter, the "damage" in my opinion, was inconsequential. Any other company would not have considered it as damage, but normal wear and tear of a car with over 25,000 km on it.

Bei uns war eine sehr sympathische Dame am Empfang. Sie hat die Bedingungen der Miete transparent wiederholt - obwohl sie bei Check24 schon zusammengefasst waren -, hat auf die Risiken und mögliche Mehrkosten (nicht volltanken/zu späte Abgabe etc.) hingewiesen und hat uns ein besseres Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als es eigentlich über Check24 angemietet war.
Ich komme 100% wieder hier her - auch wenn ich mal länger in der Schlange warten müssen sollte. Vielen Dank!!

Ich rate Ihnen, dieses Büro zu meiden. Sie haben nicht nur stillschweigend weitere 60 Euro abgehoben, sondern versuchen auch noch weitere 30 Euro für eine Strafe einzutreiben, die ich bereits bezahlt habe. Sixt ist stattdessen besser, es gab nie Probleme mit ihnen und sie wissen, wie man mit Kunden arbeitet.

Todo perfecto. El hombre que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos atendió perfectamente, el coche estaba genial y muy limpio, nos encantó. Devolver el coche también fue sencillo y fácil (aunque encontrar el parking para ello fue un poco complicado).
