It’s essential to note that this branch is affiliated with a subsidiary of DHL, not DHL itself, which is not made clear to customers. We traveled especially to reach this location, only to spend over an hour and a half on trains with transfers to get to another branch where we could actually send the package. This branch does not support international shipments for companies with a corporate client account number, nor does it provide specific carton sizes (such as carton #6). The experience was disappointing and lacked transparency, leaving us dissatisfied as customers.

To those who tour Japan wishing to send their belongings to other countries. Don't come here. Rude rude staff, you will receive 0 assistance, or willingness to answer your questions or help you call a different dhl representatives. Shame on dhl for having them as a branch.

Says online they take “DHL express easy” packages but turns out only up to a certain size (#5). Size 6 and above are only taken at their main facilities. Very frustrating that this is not clearly stated anywhere.

We were attended very well and due to difficulty in communicating in English, he called customer support and then got our queries answered. Still recommend little english support as we miss few fields in airwaybill documentation and cost us some hassle to manage it outside.

You cannot send DHL here or returns. Only if it's a specific express easy package type. That's very confusing and disappointing, especially if you come all the way.
