Chị Hoa Trần là Một bác si trẻ nhưng rất giàu kinh nghiệm trong công việc đối với các bệnh nhân . Tôi rất may mánh khi được chị giúp đỡ tất các bênh tinh của tôi . Tối rất ưng ý nhưng gi khi đến gặp chị trong nhưng canh bênh và hầu như thuốc hay gặp các bác si chuyên nguyên thì đều được chị hương dẫn tật tinh !

I find it challenging being cared for by this NP. When discussing or getting my weight loss medication it is always an issue. While I believe that she is knowledgeable I am not able to comprehend why getting approval always requires me to make multiple calls to the insurance company and to the staff in order to get needed information . Attention to details when completing prior authorization has been a constant problem as the forms ask for specific information which is a requirement necessary for approval. In short, when a client is making an effort to improve one's health and wellness it is essential that their medical professional do their part to ensure success. It is emotionally draining and a big reason why we as clients get discourage and give up. It is my hope that this will improve. The front desk staff has been very supportive in helping me address this issue. My thanks to them for their patience and understanding.

Hoa Tran has been wonderful treating my mom for the last two years. I trust her judgement and we never feel rushed and she listens to our concerns and is just wonderful. My mom is elderly and suffering from dementia and she treats mum with respect and listens to her even when she begins rambling on and on. We will continue to visit with Hoa Tran for all my moms care.

I've been coming to this hospital for over 40 yrs of my life the staff and Drs as well have always helped me best they could and I was so young and ime an adult over 50 yrs of age Ive told family and friends to go there if they ever needed a Dr or what ever I will continue to go to Carney for the rest of my life tu Carney hospital for being there always for me

She was amazing the world ? needs someone like Ms Tran.
Ms. Tran went above and beyond the extra mile to not share her knowledge but explained in detail what my condition. She even printed out information and pictures.
Ms. Tran should receive more than five stars.
I would love for Ms. Tran to be my Primary Care. I know I would get the best treatment. It's sad to see Dr. Ganson leave. I was her patient for 28, years but I know I'm in Excellent Hands with Ms. Tran.
