So not let someone you care about ride in one of thse vehicles. Careless and aggressive drivers. And the company does not seem to care.

Horrible experience and poor service. Drivers were always late in the morning, I would get to school late. Always was in a huge overrated handicapped bus just for a simple ride to school. The seat belts on the buses didn’t work and I couldn’t sit still because the driver always was above the speed limit and was making sharp turns along with pulling down into the break down lanes and then cutting back in traffic. Never felt safe in any of the vans ever.

Unfortunately I definitely know about the history of Mass Trans transportation service and the drivers need to drive safely and do not speed and be more Professional and assist the passenger who is riding in their vehicle but right now I don't want them to pick me up and drop me off again

Their driver tailgated me on and nearly rearended me when traffic slowed. They swerved into the middle lane to avoid me almost hitting another car and switched back and was on my car again. Had to switch lanes for fear of them hitting me and watched them do it to the next car that was in front of me.

Every time I pick my kid up at school there are 5 mass trans trucks in the parking lot. These people are gross smoking butts on the buses and throwing them in the parking lot. Swearing and when confronted peeling out and throwing rocks everywhere

Bus says safe and experienced as they were speeding in the left lane of a 3 lane highway before changing lanes with no directional. Not a good look.

Drivers are terrible and endanger children. Please do not trust them with your kids. I unfortunately had to learn that first hand.
