Mom was taken by Handy Transit to a doctor's appointment in her transport chair. Scheduling was easy. Mom and her caregiver said the experience was very nice. It is a relief to find safe non-emergency medical transport for my family. I will be using this lovely service again.

Very good communication. Driver was delayed beyond his control and they kept me well informed of his estimated arrival. Chris is very friendly and accommodating. It’s evident that they care about their customers. They will be first on my list for my mom’s wheelchair transport needs. Highly recommend.

Chris and Jane at HandyTransit are our new guardian angels on wheels! We have used them several times for transport to family functions and soon to doctor’s appointments! We are so grateful we found them! Their service is invaluable to us …. courteous, reliable, on time, professional! We were using a private car service and Uber for our transport needs but feel so much safer in the care of professionals such as Chris and Jane when traveling. Highly recommend them for you and your loved ones who need special transport services!

The best wheelchair transportation we have found by far. Unlike other transportation service for wheelchair users, Handy Transit does not just "drop you off" and wait for your call for pickup. We have had to wait as much as 2 hours before for other services to return. When our appointments are over, Handy Transit is right there. Our driver is always on time and very pleasant. I have recommended them to a number of health care professionals.

Chris and Jane are amazing! They facilitate wheelchair transportation to healthcare appts. for my WC bound family member so effectively. Chris is professional and kind. They are on time and worth every cent! We have tried other transport forms but nothing even comes close to the superior level of care shown by HandyTransport in Austin.
