I wasn’t sure if deep scratches could be removed from glass until I called Glass polish service. My store front windows were tagged with graffiti that they actually used some kind of a tool to leave deep scratches in my glass.
Jim and his guys came out gave me an estimate and finished the job the following day. What I thought I’d have to replace was fixed by these guys. They saved me from having to buy 4 large pieces of glass and the installation. The glass looks as good as new now.

We had a good sized scratch on a client’s glass countertop which would have been very difficult to replace due to how their system was installed. After being told by several glass shops that scratches couldn’t be removed, I was referred to Jim’s glass polish service. Jim was on time, very professional and protected surrounding areas. Great experience! Jim was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and to schedule an appointment same week. We had tenants for nearly 4 years and they didn't squeegee the shower doors or maintain the water softener system, so we ended up with a lot of hard water staining in the master shower. After just two hours, and a very fair price, Jim had completely polished the shower glass and windows to like new condition - not a spot to be seen. What a tremendous improvement - thanks Jim!

Apparently over the weekend our storefront was tagged with graffiti in our glass. When I arrived to work Monday morning I was shocked to see all the damage. Looks like they used a knife or something sharp to scribe and scratch into our glass. I found Glass Polish on Google and Jim was out later that day to give us an estimate. He came the following day with his guys and fixed all the damage for a lot less than the price of new glass. super happy I found them to help us. I'd recommend Glass Polish to my friends and business associates.
