Horrible customer service, I don't understand why the VA contracts out to them. No concept of asking availability for appointments nor reasonable rescheduling. Start having an issue and get put on hold indefinitely... if only ZERO stars was an option, that would be a more appropriate rating...

Jennifer was amazing. Professionalism and courtesy. Went above and beyond. I was very happy to hear from a rep of this company that was compassionate and caring. 5 stars every time. This woman deserves recognition.

The VBA and the 3rd-party contractors need to be more straightforward about the C&P and exam process.

They need to provide better explanations of why claims are not approved and why an exam reached an unfavorable decision.

This language needs to be in non-medical and non-legal terms, so that a disabled veteran can understand without the assistance of VSOs and lawyers because most veterans go it alone for many years or forever; with the end result being an overloaded and clogged veterans benefits system and/or veterans living in pain and suffering and homelessness and squalor and without the proper healthcare or stability or support.

Prioritize veterans since your entire existence is predicated on veterans serving the United States of America.

I'm driving a 23-year-old falling apart truck, and my examiner has a diamond ring bigger than my thumb-nail.

This company is quite possibly the worst representation of "VA services" I have encountered in 20+ years in the Army and 10 years as a retiree.

By regulation they are supposed to find providers within a 50 mile limit of your home. Gundersen Health System is based out of La Crosse, WI and very convenient to my location. However, they consistently schedule my appointments in places at the same group at a facility 80-90 miles away. Why should I have to drive to podunk little West Union, IA when I could practically walk to a Gundersen provider in my own town?

Terrible. When I tell your representative I can only make Fridays. Guess what day I can only make it? Big surprise it's Friday! So the doctor reschedules and you guys make my new appointment on Tuesday. Is Tuesday the new Friday? Did I miss anything? Then I have to use my one reschedule to put it back on Friday. Now I'm sitting at home and can't make it to my appointment because of car troubles. But wait I can reschedule my appointment....NOT. Because of incompetency I already used my one reschedule. I was told their policy is they can basically schedule an appointment whenever they want so don't even bother telling them what day works best for you. QTC, Quality, Timeliness, and Customer Service. Now that's irony.

After a ton of work on my end during the Christmas holiday, when I didn't have a vehicle, a human resource manager on the west coast by the name of Lisa Roman decided that because i could not get to a particular facility at a particular time, that she would take the initiative to rescind my offer. Then somehow, even though I did not sign the document sent to my email, they were somehow able to get my signature through docusign. I was very ill and this woman could not understand that the facilities on the east coast close at 3pm but ultimately after reading these reviews, I am glad not to be working for the company.

They never can find a provider near me and take weeks to months to make appointments. They also now send numerous text messages and automated phone calls.

Horrible service! First they have an automated service that calls you to tell you to call them. If you are calling me have a live person call to schedule. If I'm unavailable leave a message for me to call you back. Second the first rep. that picks up the phone has very little access to scheduling locations and you have to be transferred over to a "case specialist" and repeat all of the info to the c/s which the first person should have done. So I get a second call the next day which I answered, automated telling me to call them back. I did thinking that my appointment was confirmed or denied, no they want to schedule my appointment, I told the rep that I have a tentative that I was waiting for confirmation on. Once again she didn't see anything in my area so transferred to a c/s. The c/s says that they have a mawah location do you mean the place that I'm waiting to get a confirmation from? Yes. If you see a call from QTC Management for a Va exam just call the VA and have them schedule you with another company. I was told that I would probably receive an automated call every day to call them (which I won't be doing) untiI I get a confirmed appointment. Trust the reviews. And no QTC I will not email you and waist my time unless you are willing to pay me as a consultant to give you more info I think I gave alot of free info already. READ THE REVIEWS!
