I witnessed and video recorded for over 1 hour a disgusting DHS worker take a brand new baby from the mother at a friends house that she was living at simply because of the fact that she did not approve of her moving there after the mother initially came to DHS for help to get out of an abusive relationship with her ex boyfriend. The DHS worker was pissed that the mother of the child did not have a phone to communicate with her. There is indigenous tribes living in the wild underneath the canopies of trees who raise children without a DHS worker coming in and snatching up their children because of the living conditions that government agencies force upon them. FYI . Im happy to share the video, also the DHS worker was lying to the police sergeant when he arrived, also on video.

Just called this office to ask a couple of questions. The young girl that I was talking to hung up on me in the middle of me trying to ask a question. Is this called customer service? I was very polite, not yelling or anything. I just needed to specify the name of the organization she gave me a phone number to. SO RUDE! With the words 'Sorry, I can't help you anymore' she literally hung up without even letting me ask my question. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! If you hate people so much, then why do you work on the phone talking to people? Please, do something about it, management. This can't be happening!

The worst services and horrible people working there. I don't even know how they have jobs when their attitude is the worst. If don't like dealing with people then don't work there and give wrong information. I would give them zero stars if I could. Specially home land security is horrible it doesn't make them better then noone just cause they work there. Give these opportunities jobs who wants to work.

Daniel Mcfray runs this organization I believe. Daniel is the worst supervisor I've ever encountered. Daniel is supposed to be the supervisor. Daniel put my son in under dhs temporarily until my court date after he said my son could come home. I was hospital for a week and dhs had to temporarily had to hold my son until I was able to get out .Once I got out Daniel and his Shannon lied on me and the paperwork and said I was crazy. They stole my baby so they could make money! I really hate these people! I have court in January 2022 I am praying that my baby will be returned to me! I shall ah my baby will returned after these demons try to steal him! Daniel and Shannon are the worst! Please fired them!
