I had the worst experience with Staples recently which always was so good. I submitted my prints through the website for next day pickup as I always do, and I got a call in the morning from a supervisor stating that they won’t print my blueprints because the paper is too thin and they need too much ink for it and they don’t want to "risk the printer" when I printed the same PDF as a blueprint at a different Staples location a day ago. The supervisor told me that they can print it as a poster, but I will have to pay for it much more from my pocket. By the way, the website doesn’t let you submit a PDF as a blueprint if it needs to be printed as a poster, so this person used their own judgment to decide that they won't do it. The supervisor did not even try to help me solve this problem, instead, he only gave me two options: pay much more because they are not able to do their job (the order was placed and fully paid) or find another store that will print it. How is that good customer service? I needed the blueprints for my final project presentation and they rejected my order the day it was due. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

To have access to really quick understandable copy, print and fax machines within walking distance is really great. To call and ask a question and be treated like you're a friend is great. To walk in and say I need help and get it with a smile is unbelievable. I love this store and the people in it.
