I enjoyed the coaching position, but these people at CIS, trust me, they make me feel like I was already in hell. Because of them my migraine got worse. I finally understand why they fight not to have the union. They are not fair with their schedules and be sending very far for 30 minutes or an hour. They don't care about you but keep lying about how they care. I feel sorry for these clients for having to deal with a new coach every day. Some time, they don't even want to talk to the coach because they are not comfortable. And I went to many sites where the managers got upset and said they are tired of receiving new people.

CIS has been very helpful working with my Son to find jobs . Staff are patient ,knowledgeable and keep you updated with job potentials. They helped me with some of unemployment compensation issues after my son lost his job once the pandemic hit. He found his first job with them. They travel trained and coached him whenever he needed assistance.I’m very pleased with their services and would definitely recommend them .

Horrible service. I'm on disability and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation(OVR) paid for services for me to have CIS help. The providers at CIS don't listen to the consumer. They think that they are always right and when you challenge them about the way they handle services they get upset and lie. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with their services and the staff that were assigned to me. I don't recommend you use their service. You will be disappointed ?

I had a good experience here. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They have an effective system to set clients up with jobs efficiently. The job coach I had provided me with lots of guidance and my job developer was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this agency.

I’ve been waiting almost a year now for CIS to help me with job coaching. I have been in touch over a dozen times but there has yet to be funding for helping me. The people there keep telling me one thing but nothing yet.

Treats their employees very badly. Puts people in dangerous situations, and bullies you into tolerating it. Shocking considering the companies statement.

I had to share this with everyone. This is a bad pace. They fool people but not me. They like to play when your not looking. They say that they are working hard for you. Not true. Not working for the client. They act like children when they don't get their way. I could go on an on. Look there are many other places that offer the same services. You will be much happier.
