I have been working with Hometress Cleaning Service for about 4 months and I’ve very pleased with the results. The cleaning staff has been super friendly, efficient, and thorough. Scheduling is real easy and the company is responsive and flexible to my hectic schedule. Pricing also reasonable and is tiered depending on how intense a clean you’re looking for. I’ve settled nicely into a basic cleaning once per month and it works great for me. 10/10 would recommend!

I had experienced a bad service from a known industrial sanitation company in the Philadelphia area after a pump malfunction occurred in my 2 story apartment. After their “cleaning”, the other company left debris everywhere, splash marks/stains, and scuffs/smears all over my walls. I booked an appointment at 2:00am on the Hometress website because I was so stressed that my house was not cleaned to my standard and I needed it clean to be able to move my furniture back into my house and have my baby nieces over! Hometress confirmed my appointment by 3:00am and called me promptly at 8:00am to discuss the services being provided on their checklist and areas of concern I had. I was given a company number to text and sent pictures to of the apartment and of areas I specifically needed to be cleaned. The ladies arrived on time; I was given a 3 hour window and they arrived early within the first hour of that window. They were very sweet and their energy was very motherly and warm; I could tell they genuinely cared about the job that needed to be performed. I explained my story and they promised to meet my expectations. Not only did they meet my expectations, they surpassed them! There is not a speck of dust on any of my baseboards and my stairs are cleaner than when I moved in. They detailed and cleaned every corner of my house. My walls are clean and they went above and beyond wiping off my decorations and mirrors. It smells delicious in the house. Most importantly, it feels like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I can finally relax and become comfortable in my home. I suffer from anxiety and the stress of having to redo another companies bad work was heartbreaking to me. The 2 ladies that entered my home are God sent and angels! I will be requesting them in the future and will be 100% rebooking with Hometress Cleaning Service. I highly recommend booking if you want a motherly touch and woman’s eye when it comes to cleaning your home!
