If u like your stuff severely damaged by them , this is the place for you, wouldn't load it until I signed, he hid the damaged area while loading it, only noticed it when I was unloading it, my property cameras prove this is how I brought it to my place.

I have rated SST before, but I guess that went away. Sometimes the customer service is great, sometimes not. I have received many shipments from them. The freight always seems to have some degree of damage when they deliver it. That's the big issue.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional about the condition of the moving trailer's tires, worn with deep cracks located near the wall of one tire, and they did not check the condition of the bulkhead which was damaged before delivery. Lied about ordering a new bulkhead from SLC, then denied any conversation of the sort. Lied about arriving at a certain time. Instead of arriving with another bulkhead at 0800 as scheduled, driver arrived at 0930 with no bulkhead. He had to drive to Roosevelt which he drove another trailer that had a bulkhead. Day of pickup was scheduled on 5/30/18, but because of the damaged bulkhead which no one inspected before delivery including ABF, the pickup was delayed to the day after.

Ladawn at SST went above and beyond for us to get us our moving trailer before the weekend and personally dropped off the moving ramp to us. When we were done unloading the empty trailer was picked up the same day we called. Thank you!!!
