This shuttle service was awesome, we arrived when scheduled and the driver provided helpful hiking tips. We were not able to finish our hiking trek due to my daughter’s injury and they were able to pick us up within 30min and drive us back to our vehicle. We very much appreciated the rapid response and friendly service.

I ride the bus multiple times a week for work and ALL of the bus drivers are awesome! The ladies at the AL Tran station who answer the phones & book the rides are sweethearts and they are so kind! Al Tran is doing an awesome job!

Altran is a great way to enjoy backpacking through Pictured Rocks without having to make a loop. We got a ride from Munising Falls to the parking lot near the Chapel campground, and enjoyed hiking one-way back to the Munising Falls visitor center. The driver was prompt and friendly, and the transaction was very smooth through Paypal. Thanks!

Thank you for Senior Ride from Munising to Christmas for $1.25 I get to ride the bus going to Autrain for school and Superior Central Connections on the morning and after school route. I really appreciate this service and the friendly drivers. We are lucky to have such a great service

Altran has been a great transport back and forth to NMU for 2 1/2 years!! When the weather is bad, I don't have to worry about my student driving alone. The drivers are amazing! Always there to pick up or bring her home thru all kinds of weather! Thank you Altran!

Positives - clean van, and very nice driver. Negatives - stayed at a campground 2 miles away from Picture Rock boat tour. Was charged $25 there and $25 back for my family of 5. Way overpriced!!! 2 miles!!!!!

Worst customer experience ever. Hiking partner got sick so I call in the morning to cancel. The operator sounded like he was offended that I called and took away his time from his Sudoku or whatever he was doing. Either way he was not polite nor accommodating. He puts me on hold and then comes back to say that yes he will cancel my appointment. No offer to reschedule, no I am sorry your partner got sick, no have a nice day, nothing! Wow! Never using this shuttle service if I can help it. $40 not spent well.
