This transportation system is a MAJOR negative economic problem that needs to be corrected at an Eaton County, Michigan board meeting. The dispatchers are extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and beyond rude.
Their 'system' is extremely inconsistent, never makes sense, and is VERY unreliable, which prevents me from proper planning, as well as making my income/livelihood. There is no protocol with this bus system. From what I've experienced, it's seeming like it's just a bunch of people making minimum wage, who have zero training, and clearly resent their jobs.
EXTREMELY unprofessional, inappropriate dispatchers are constantly 'changing the rules' of where they go within Eaton County, and whether or not they pick up/drop off in Lansing, Michigan. Note the fact that these dispatchers are speaking to paying customers like their children who are supposed to follow rules ?.
Judging by the approximate amount of customers/riders this bus system has daily, and their approximate income made, there is ZERO excuse that they wouldn't have a proper website, online network to have updated/timely information regarding scheduling that people can frequently check.
The fact that these people (these dispatchers) are literally being employed, and making an income off-of causing so many people to LOSE money, and severely harm their economic/job security due to their blatant causing of chaos, is absolutely unacceptable, and MUST be addressed.
I will say, however, the saving grace with Eatran's Busses, is that they have impeccably proper, and professional, polite, and friendly drivers. It's a shame that these professional drivers are being over-shadowed by the inappropriate, verbally abusive behaviors of the dispatchers answering the phones at this Eatran.
This... again, is unacceptable.
