Dr MINOU TRAN is very professional, however the office staff is NOT. They like to play games with me, they tell me that my mom’s appointment is scheduled when in fact it is not, we have showed up 2x in the past to be turned away. They then set up TEXT message lines for appointments and refills but those also go unanswered, will be looking for a new Nephrologist for my mother.

First in foremost. My initial appointment was scheduled for June 20th I’ve called several times for confirmation of time and location. I never received anything from these people. When i finally got ahold of them they told me my appointment is for July 11th. Without my consent without a call text or email my appointment was rescheduled. I get there and all of a sudden they’re not seeing anyone. The dr is on vacation oh not to mention they no longer accept my insurance. The receptionist was rude and the other three were loud and rude and did not take what i was saying into consideration. This is the WORST PLACE , WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! IM PISSED OFF BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO WAIT 4 months to be seen i come in today for them to tell me that the dr is on vacation and that they don’t accept my insurance .!!! Everyone at the front desk needs to be fired!!!!! I will be contacting someone about this.

I loved going and seeing Dr. Tran she is wonderful and her staff are so friendly and helpful. I really think Dr. Tran is open and honest to the point.

This was my first time at this office, and everything was super cute and clean inside. It looked like they redid everything, and it seemed like they were in the process of training new people. During all this, everyone was very nice and friendly. The nurse who took my history and vitals were amazing- you can tell that they know what they are doing. Dr. Minou Tran was in all honesty, one of the most thoughtful and thorough Doctors I have met. She took her time to go through all my paperwork and labs, asking me important questions, and was a great listener. She made sure to help me understand the next steps. I feel that I finally found a Doctor who can help my health be where it needs to be!
I want to also note that Dr. Minou Tran was the first Doctor to look over another Doctor’s notes and complement them on their summary and work. That puts her in high regard, and shows me that Dr. Minou Tran is very respectful and supportive of other health care professionals!

I give it a 3 to the new location. I'm guessing they're still getting adjusted to the new place or something. I'm currently still waiting to see one of the doctors and I was scheduled an appointment at 8:45am (been waiting for an hour). At the old location I was I literally in and out. Pictures are from the new location, it's a bit outdated.

Dr tran review:
I feel bad for the employees that work there. You want to know why they're in a bad mood, can't answer or return your phone calls? Well it's because of that damn Dr. Tran and her no good for nothing office manger, Tina Ngo. Both Dr and her are cheap, unprofessional and rude. The Dr. Is money hungry, making sure that these employees have no insurance, no holiday or sick leave, they call insurance companies to manipulate authorization codes in order to gain more money, they pay less than minimum wage and treat their employees like slaves, making them clean out the entire office on specific days. These poor employees are over worked and stressed to the max because of them. The wait times are long and the dr constantly goes on vacation and lets her nurse practitioners see patients without her, then she gets mad when her employees tell patients that she's on vacation, lady think of a better excuse if you don't want your patients to know. The office is always, always, always packed due to overbooking, all she cares about is the money! Dr. Always finds ways to cut corners in order to make a quick buck. As for Tina, worse office manager, doesn't listen to the employees, always takes the drs side and gets made at the employees when something goes wrong especially when it's the drs fault, she over charges patients and continues to take patients money, even though the patients insurance covers the visits. Employees that work there typically don't stay long because of the stressful environment, unprofessionalism, and verbal abuse. I'm not a patient here, and I'm glad, so many shady things that this dr does she puts her patients life in danger. Beware of her!

DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I waited months for my appt. Then right before the appt they called me and told me I had to reschedule. I then waited months again, and right before my next appointment, they once again told me I had to be rescheduled to December. I asked my doctor for this referral back in February only to have this place tell me I can’t be seen until December? No. At this point, this doctor needs to be shut down. People are in need of medical attention and his office is the only one we are being referred to with our insurance. It’s disgusting malpractice. Stop stringing patients along. Don’t leave them waiting for an appointment for almost a year just so you can cash in on their insurance money. Let them know right away so they can have their family practice refer them to a different doctor.

BEWARE! BEWARE! THEY ARE VERY ENEPT, UNPROFESSIONAL, NON EMPHATHIC, THE OFFICE EMPLOYEES DID NOT HAVE MY ULTRA SOUND TEST RESULTS, WHEN DR. REYES CALLED, HE SAID THAT HE DIDNT HAVE MY RESULTS, THEN WHY DID HE CALL ME? HE SAID THAT HE LIKES TO JOKE AROUND, UNEMPHATIC AN NON PROFESSIONAL. HE EVEN SAID THAT HE PRAYS EVERY MORNING AFTER HAVING COFFEE. HE SEEMED TO BE LONELY AN NEEDED US TO TALK ABOUT HIS PRIVATE LIFE, AN HE GAVE SOME ADVICE THAT WAS NOT OF MY DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE OFFICE PEOPLE SAID THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE MY RESULTS ALSO, THE OFFICE SAID THAT THEY TRIED TO CALL ME BUT, THEIR NUMBER WAS ON A NO CALLER I.D. AN THEY LEFT NO MESSAGE. READ ALL THE DR IS NOT A DR. or for sure shouldnt be. other REVIEWS. BELIEVE THEM, AN ASK JESUS TO HELP YOU FIND A NORMAL DOCTOR THAT CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. DONT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS THAN 5 STAR AN DO YOUR BEST TO GET REFERENCES, IN THESE DAYS WE REALLY NEED GOD, JESUS AN THE HOLY SPIRITS GUIDANCE. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
