Yesterday my 20ft Isuzu box truck broke down while on highway 495 Southbound MD/VA American Legion Memorial Bridge. To say the least so everyone can read this review in a short time, after a couple hours of calling around for pricing and fastest towing assistance, Helen's Towing was by FAR the best. The driver contacted me to acquire location and problems with my truck. While under stress, I failed to give him specific details to make his job easier. Once he arrived, he realized it was more than what he was told. Yet, he treated me with respect and with great customer service skills. Super professionally, he used all his resources and skills to get the job done, got me and my truck back to my location safely, and made a difficult situation look so easy. So easy it calmed my stress. They need all the recognition possible, because as a business, they're great at what they do, and their personality makes you feel as if it's just a long time best friend giving you a hand. Thank you so much. I'm definitely putting the word out everywhere I go. God bless, and thanks again. You have my respect.
