I just moved to Duncan about a couple months ago and used Red River for the first time yesterday.
The lady that answered the phone was helpful. I didn't have a long wait. The driver offered to help me with my bags. He was a very nice man. And you sure can't complain about the price.

It took 3 hours 5 minutes to get picked up and dropped off which was only 4 miles away from pick up,?

The elderly man driving van was parked in Walmart parking lot on Saturday morning Sep 16, 2023. He was blocking traffic not pulled into a parking hole. He was throwing his coffee creamer packets and other trash out of the window of the company van onto the ground. Seriously have respect and throw away your trash in the MANY trash cans in parking lot. One was less than 15 feet from where he was parked. Tried to call office to report this but there was no answer for a 24 hour ran company. So the office lady was not doing her job either.

I've been "forgotton" twice and had to wait 2 more hours for my daughter to come from lawton to pick me up and take me home. I've been told to walk to a certain place and wait to be picked up an given no certain time. I'm disabled and use a cane.

I try hard to say nice things about people and places when it is not the truth of it. That is the way of the good in the USA. Red River Transportation owner and their employees made me walk distance, with my leg arm back neck and head injury consistently.
