Margarita had me switch rides 30 minutes away from my home which was crazy knowing I'm a diabetic waiting on other driver for 45 minute yup could've been home. Then keep telling me 20 minutes from Dr office was 2 hrs she's so unprofessional. Driver was very nice apologize for her numbers of time bought me drink. They was super sweet real polite

Needs to be a 0. They never showed up for my trip today and claimed they were here at 1:25. Only problem with this lie was I was sitting outside my apartment from 12:45 till 2:30 waiting in plain view. The driver claims they were here at 1:25 They either didn't go to the right apartment or was lying through their teeth (most likely) very undependable, can't get hold of anyone and voice-mail is always full and apparentlythey are unable to figure out how to leave a voice-mail. Request they be put on your "do not use" list.

This company is the most unprofessional medical transport I have ever seen. The driver drove into my yard in the rain, landed on a water pipe and busted it, blamed it on GPS (that apparently told him to drive through my yard), yelled at me, had my son tow him out and now, 4 months later, they REFUSE to pay the $2000 bill or return my phone calls! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

These are the most unprofessional ride service that I’ve ever experience. The dispatcher was rude and belligerent and the driver was late, arrived at my appointment not on time & this driver was rude and belligerent as well. He lied and threatened to kick me out on the public freeway twice. Then when it was time to return from my appointment, I was misled and sat 3 hours thinking that my transportation was on the way and this service never show! I warn consumers to not use this service because if you do, you’ll be traumatized such as I was. Their is no customer courtesy and appreciation from any member of this business. And they definitely shouldn’t be in this business.

This drivet almost killed a ems person because there was a wreck at a red light and ems and police was dragging someone out of car on the left lane and one lane was going and he ran up in left lane and squeezed between both people in lane and almost killed the ems driver trying to help officer happened in spring hill

These people took me on a trip to a doctors appointment and then didn’t return to pick me back up. They claimed to send the money I had to pay to get home as gas reimbursement that never showed. They clearly lied. Today they didn’t show up, and when we called they claimed they showed up, honked, and then knocked on the door when I was downstairs with the door open WAITING FOR THEM! Not only did they lie, but they are caught with evidence because we have a ring doorbell camera and a camera on our driveway that clearly shows no one coming this morning. They lied to take us off the list so they don’t have to come here. These people are liars and just plain rude. Marjorie (The Boss) hung up on us after telling us to wait, then when we tried to call back assuming it was a dropped call, she forwarded our calls until she finally blocked our calls just trying to find out what was going on. We had to find out through our insurance that they lied and claimed they came here WHEN THEY DID NOT! They are liars and just plain rude! Do not be surprised when they don’t show up or just plain lie on you so they don’t hVe to drive out to far out places they don’t want to come to. I’m utterly disgusted with the way we were treated and will be filing a complaint over their heads so hopefully this doesn’t happen to other customers. Beware of these people! They are clearly shady! Some of the drivers smoke in their cars when they surely have patients who are allergic. It’s clear they don’t care about the patient and only the money.

Margarita was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and ghetto. She took it upon her self to cancel my appointment for months that I’ve been trying to get because they were going to be late. I did not ask her to do it but because she felt the need she did it on her own. Than called me yelling on the phone as to why she rescheduled my appointment. She should not be working with the public or people in general!
